For the second time this month, a ventilation-fan glitch caused Sound Transit to close a light rail tunnel, delaying and aggravating Friday morning commuters.
The disruption between Capitol Hill and Northgate stations began at the start of service just before 5 a.m., and lasted until nearly 8:30 a.m. Riders had to get out at those two stations and look for a shuttle bus or other means around the north Seattle blockage.
